Defenders Sol Bamba and John Pantsil come back into the reckoning for Leicester ahead of the FA Cup fifth-round trip to Norwich.
With so many players unavailable to Nigel Pearson, their return from the African Nations Cup will be a relief for the manager.
Danny Drinkwater is the latest to require treatment. The former Manchester United trainee injured a foot during the Championship defeat at Watford on Tuesday night and the club are awaiting the results of an X-ray.
The midfielder would not have featured at Carrow Road anyway as he is cup-tied having already played in the competition this season during a loan spell at Barnsley.
Back-up goalkeeper Conrad Logan and teenage defender Liam Moore are also cup-tied but on-loan striker Nathan Delfouneso will be allowed to play as his parent club Aston Villa were eliminated in the previous round.
Strikers Darius Vassell (knee), Martyn Waghorn (hamstring) and Jeff Schlupp (knee) and midfielder Andy King (foot) are long-term absentees, while Matt Oakley and fellow midfielder Frank Moussa also remain unavailable
