Huddersfield teenager Danny Broadbent could be handed his first start for the Terriers when they host Brighton at the Galpharm Stadium. The 18-year-old striker, who has made only two substitute appearances for Huddersfield, could make his full debut alongside Luke Beckett as Phil Jevons sits out with his calf injury.
Terriers manager Andy Ritchie employed a 4-3-3 formation in Saturday's defeat to Southend, with Malvin Kamara and Chris Brandon up front on either side of Andy Booth.
Booth is expected to be rested after playing four games in 10 days, with Beckett and Broadbent replacing him should Ritchie return to a 4-4-2 formation.
Another teenage striker, Lucas Akins, could be named among the substitutes, while central defender Robert Page, who received a bang on the head against Southend, is unlikely to miss out.
