Lee Richardson hopes to add some experience to Chesterfield's youthful squad before the transfer window for loan signings closes next week.The Spireites' promotion bid has started to stutter with Richardson pointing to the 'naivety of youth' for the back-to-back defeats against MK Dons and Rotherham.

Football League clubs are able to make loan signings until March 27, and Richardson said: "We have still got just over a week left to try and rectify one or two things.

"We have players who are young and inexperienced but there are one or two players with a bit more experience that might be available to us.

"We will try and do something but if we can't get them in for whatever reason then we will have to look at doing something else."
