Plymouth Argyle manager Paul Sturrock has praised keeper Luke McCormick ahead of Saturday's Championship home clash against Preston.McCormick, 24, starred in Monday's 1-1 draw at Sheffield Wednesday after spilling a ball for Charlton's winner in the Addicks' 2-1 win at Home Park in his previous outing.
Sturrock was more than happy to keep faith with his young keeper - and was duly rewarded.
He said: "Luke has got back on the rails and I was pleased for him.
"Luke has been a great goalkeeper for us and showed his character to come back (to his best) after the disappointment of the last game."
