Leicester City striker Billy McKay, who has come through the youth ranks at the Walkers Stadium, has signed a one-year contract extension.McKay, 19, played a major role in the Under-18's FA Premier League Academy title win before joining non-league side Hinckley on loan.
Academy manager Jon Rudkin told the club's official website: "Billy is an enthusiastic individual who has worked very hard to get where he is today, but he knows that he still has a lot to prove and a lot to work towards.
"This is a fantastic opportunity for Billy to progress.
"He has an eye for goal and hopefully he can make an impact at first-team level this season."
