Bundesliga - Agent: Toni sticking with Bayern

Luca Toni's agent insists the Italy striker will still be at Bayern Munich next season.

The 32-year-old has been linked with a move to Milan this summer, most recently with Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur, but Tullio Tinti claims his client plans to stay at the Allianz Arena.

"Luca Toni will remain at Bayern Munich, 100 per cent," he said.

"He is a Bayern player and will continue to be.

"All the stories are just rumours. There is no truth to it."

Toni is under contract with the German giants until June 2011.

The World Cup winner has been a prolific presence with the Bavarians since arriving in the summer of 2007 from Fiorentina.

Toni overcame an Achilles tendon injury to finish as Bayern's leading scorer with 14 league goals last term.

  2. Wrong decision Luca..I think that u may regret it­ somehow..Tottenham is a gr8 club and the premiere­ league is exactly what u need inorder 2 enhance ur­ chances getting a regular place in the national team­ and in the world cup..However wish u luck with Bayern..
