Champions start with Falkirk

Rangers begin the defence of their SPL title with a home game against Falkirk on August 15.

A trip to Hearts follows a week later, with a home game against Hamilton completing the first month of action on August 29.

Walter Smith`s side face Old Firm rivals Celtic for the first time on October 3 at Ibrox, playing them again on January 2 (A) and February 27 (H).

Rangers travel to Hibernian on Boxing Day and finish their regular season with a home game against Hamilton on April 3 and a trip to Dundee United a week later.
