Watford striker Theo Robinson is on the verge of a move to Swindon.

The 20-year-old, who enjoyed a loan spell at Southend last season, has held talks with Town boss Danny Wilson and agreed to make the switch to the County Ground.

"He is on holiday at the moment but when he gets back we hope to sit him down and have the contract signed with us," Wilson told the Swindon Advertiser.

"We've got a verbal agreement, but that's about it at the moment. But we're very hopeful it will happen."
