Bradford City manager Stuart McCall was disappointed by his side's 3-1 friendly defeat to Blue Square North side Farsley Celtic. The Bantams made the worse possible start to their pre-season campaign by finding themselves 3-0 down at half-time to Farsley, who went ahead with goals from James Knowles, Andy Campbell and Dominic Krief.
Barry Conlon pulled a goal back from the spot, but it was not enough to prevent his side from defeat.
And McCall told the club's official website: "We can do a lot better and we will.
"We talked last season about giving goals away by individual errors and that was the case with all three (goals).
"It wasn't a great start but we've got to learn from it."
