Leyton Orient manager Martin Ling was satisfied with his side's start to pre-season after a 4-1 win over KFCO Wilrijk in Antwerp.Strikers Ryan Jarvis, Adam Boyd and Bradley Gray all opened their summer accounts in the win and Ling believes the three-day trip will help his squad bond.
He said: "It was a good game for us and a satisfying start to our pre-season friendlies.
"We did what we had to do well, made sure we were organised and won the game comfortably. It was nice to get four goals and it was a deserved result.
"Being in each other's pockets on tour means that you get to know what the players are about.
"That was the main reason for the exercise - the game is probably the least important aspect but it's always nice to get a win on the board."
