CHAMPION - YE Yang -8
00.15 - Yang (-8) hits a fine drive at the 1st and proceeds to crush an unbelievable approach to about 10 feet. All the pressure is on Woods (-5), but he goes through the green with his second. He chips at the stick, but misses. Up steps Yang...HE SINKS HIS BIRDIE PUTT TO WIN THE US PGA CHAMPIONSHIP! Woods slumps to bogey finish. Yang becomes the first Asian to win a Major championship. What a finish! That's it for our LIVE text commentary. Thanks for joining me. See you at the Masters next April!
00.00 - Woods (-6) bogeys the 17th after sending his tee shot into the thick rough at the back of the green. But Yang (-7) can't take his chance. His par putt lips out. The South Korean will go into the 72nd hole with a one-shot lead.
23.45 - Yang (-8) and Woods (-7) both find the fairway at the treacherous 16th and avoid the drink. Both find the green. Both take par. Two holes to play. Yang leads by a shot.
23.30 - Woods (-7) with a another birdie chance at 15, but yet again he misses out. He's just not been making those 10-15 footers today. Yang (-8) matches his par to stay one ahead. Three to play. Unless something dramatic happens the winner of the 91st US PGA Championship is going to come from this group. McIlroy (-3) is in the clubhouse with an impressive 70.
23.15 - YANG (-8) CHIPS IN FOR EAGLE AT THE 14TH! Unbelievable shot from the 37-year-old South Korean. He takes the outright lead. Woods (-7) makes birdie, but still finds himself one behind his playing partner. Four to play.
23.00 - Woods (-6) plays a sumptuos tee shot at the 13th, setting up a 10-footer for birdie...but yet again he misreads the line. Yang (-6) finds the sand, but shows real composure to get up and down and stay on level terms.
22.45 - Woods (-6) gives a shot straight back at the 12th. He's wayward with his drive and creams a six-iron through the back of the green before two-putting. Yang (-6) collects a regulation par to keep the pressure on. McIlroy (-3) misses a tricky birdie chance at 16.
22.40 - "Have you noticed Woods never seems to have a bad lie when he leaves the fairway. He can even hit a tree and land on the fairway. Are our American cousins cheating?" - Paul (Gary Player put it best Paul - "The more I practice, the luckier I get")
22.30 - Woods (-7) regains the outright lead with a birdie at the par-five 11th. He reaches the green in two and gets down for a comfortable four. Yang (-6) can only manage a five. Kjeldsen (E) has fallen away with a run of bogey, par, bogey, double. Els (-3) is four off the lead through 13.
22.15 - Woods (-6) gets unbelievably lucky with his drive at the 10th. He hooks it wildly, but his ball hits a tree and ricochets back out onto the fairway. The world number one then proceeds to stick it to 10 feet, but he misses the birdie chance. Yang (-6) is almost as lucky from the tee, hopping over two bunkers to find the fairway. He makes his par. McIlroy (-3) gets one back at the 14th.
22.00 - Woods (-6) finds the sand at eight and drops a shot to fall back into a share of the lead with Yang (-6) - who misses an excellent birdie chance. Tiger is now two over for his round through eight holes. Who saw that coming? Glover (-3) has fallen back with bogeys and eight and nine.
21.45 - HARRINGTON (-1) IMPLODES! He finds the water at the par-three 8th, pulls his third from the drop zone, then catches his fourth fat and goes in the water AGAIN!. He walks away with a quintuple-bogey eight and his quest to defend his title is surely over. Unbelievable.
21.30 - Woods (-7) plays safe at the par-five 7th, laying up to give himself a safe shot in over the water. Yang (-6) goes for the green, but pushes his second into the galleries. Soren Kjedlsen (-4) gets to four under with birdies at four, five and seven. The Dane started with two bogeys.
21.15 - Yang (-6) bogeys the 5th and falls out of the lead. Woods (-7) makes his par. Meanwhile, Harrington (-6) makes par number six from six. Glover (-5) drops a shot at the 6th. Els (-3) is back to three under after a birdie at seven. Westwood (-3) and McIlroy (-3) are also going well.
21.10 -"Padraig will pull through on the back nine." - adrian
21.00 - Woods (-7) misses a short putt for par at the 4th and falls back into a share of the lead with Yang (-7). Harrington (-6) ALMOST joins them, but his birdie chance at five stops short. We have a tournament on our hands here folks. Let's see how Woods reacts at the par-four 5th.
20.45 - YANG (-7) BIRDIES THE 3RD to move within one of Woods (-7), who picks up a regulation par. Harrington (-6) makes it four pars from four. Stenson (-4) birdies the 4th. Meanwhile, US Open champion Glover (-6) has got himself to six under with birdies at three and five.
20.30 - Harrington (-6) is off to a solid start, with three pars from three. But he finds the sand with his tee-shot at the par-three 4th. Woods (-8) finds the green in three at the par-five 3rd, but leaves himself a monster putt back down the hill for birdie. It's all rather tense out there. Nobody's made a move yet.
20.15 - Yang (-6) hits an aggresive opening putt but his birdie attempt slides just by. Woods (-8) completely misreads his putt and a glorious birdie chance goes begging. Both take pars. You'd have bet your house on Tiger sinking that one. Fisher (-2) birdies the 4th to get back a shot he lost at the 2nd. McIlroy (-2) started with a double-bogey, but birdies at three, four and five get him moving in the right direction.
20.00 - "On the tee from Windemere, Florida, the 1999, 2000, 2006 and 2007 PGA champion...Tiger Woods." Cue huge cheers. "From South Korea, YE Yang". Cue not so huge cheers. Both take a three-metal and split the fairway. Buckle in folks, here we go.
19.45 - Els (-3) gets up and down for a par at the 1st. The penultimate pairing of Padraig Harrington (-6) and Henrik Stenson (-4) are away. Harrington finds the light rough and sends a good approach to about 20 feet. Stenson hits a beauty off the tee and gets closer.
19.35 - "Tiger is not yet the all-time greatest player. Jack Nicklaus is still the best of all time just now." - cacbrown21
19.30 - The skies are darkening. Hazeltine is almost certainly going to get some rain today. Ernie Els (-3) splits the fairway at the 1st, but sends his approach into the front bunker. Alvaro Quiros (-2) misses the fairway with a wild drive, but shoots a low draw into the green.
19.15 - Johnson (-1) birdies the 5th to bag his second birdie of the day. Graeme McDowell (+1) starts with a bogey five at the 1st. Meanwhile, Westwood (-2) moves to within six of the lead with a birdie at the par-five 3rd.
19.00 - Mickelson (+12) is in the clubhouse with a 76 to finish at 12 over par. Englishman Chris Wood (+15) cards a closing 79. Twenty-year-old Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy (-1) is away at the 1st.
18.45 - Lee Westwood (-1) is away with a par at the 1st. Dustin Johnson (-1) is making a bit of a move. The American is three under through six holes.
18.30 - Former Masters champion Zach Johnson (E) is away with a birdie at the 1st. Vijay Singh (-1) also gets off to the perfect start, sinking a 15-footer for birdie to get into the red. Singh looked like he might mount a serious challenge yesterday, but his putting simply wasn't good enough. A second birdie for Poulter (E) gets him back to level par.
18.00 - Oliver Wilson (E) is off to a flier! The Englishman birdies two and three to get back to level par. John Merrick (E) does the same at four and five. There are birdies to be had out there. Poulter (+1) gets one to drop at the sixth and he too is moving in the right direction.
17.50 - "I think Harrington can catch Woods if he plays aggresively." - shortyboi4life
17.45 - Jim Furyk (+4) birdies the 7th to get back to four over. Donald (+5) has made two birdies and two bogeys in his opening eight holes. Poulter (+2) has to settle for a par at the 3rd and playing superb approach to 10 feet.
17.30 - Ian Poulter (+2) had a disappointing 76 yesterday to put himself out of the reckoning. He pars the 1st and 2nd. A top 10 is not beyond the Englishman if he's in the mood. Leonard (+3) has another birdie at the 7th.
17.15 - There's not a lot of low scoring going on in the early groups. Only one player out on the course, Justin Leonard (+4), is in the red numbers at one under through six holes. WEATHER UPDATE: The US PGA were worried about thunderstorms last night, but early reports today suggest we might be ok.
17.00 - Phil Mickelson (+7) birdies the 11th to get back to seven over. It's not been a vintage week for Lefty. His putting has let him down and he's been a long way from the player who challenged at the US Open.
16.50- HAVE YOUR SAY: Can anybody catch the Tiger? Or will the world number cruise to Major number 15?
16.45 - Masters champion Angel Cabrera (+5) is one under through six holes today. England's Luke Donald (+5) is level through three. Scotland's Alastair Forsyth (+14) is having a nightmare. He's made four bogeys and two doubles on his front nine.
16.30 - Denmark's Soren Hansen (+6) starts with a birdie, but gives the shot back with a bogey at the 3rd. India's Jeev Milka Singh (+4) is our on-course leader. He's one under for his round today through three holes. In case you're wondering Tiger Woods (-8) and YE Yang (-6) tee of at 19.45 BST.
16.00 - Good afternoon and welcome to our live coverage of the 91st US PGA Championship. The final round is underway and we'll be bringing you regular updates all the way through to the finish - which should come around midnight UK time.

The media pressure for Tiger to lose was far more than for Tiger to win. They even demanded he loses in most of their articles noted on most of the golf pages. Just remember if it were not for Tiger most of us would not be paying attention to what is arguably the most BORING Sport in the World. More Boring than Croquet or watching paint dry. You finally got your wish. I hope your happy.
YE YANG the greatest shot into the 18th hole in a Major this year, the first ASIAN GOLFER TO WIN A MAJOR, YOUR COUNTRY MUST BE VERY PROUD OF YOU, WELL PLAYED YOU DESERVED TO WIN.
ah donney bye yer thar. wee teegur facked at oop
first time ive ever seen it happen - tiger buckled today.
cudnt sink the puts, cudnt take adv of the breaks, tigers last round record gone.

come on yang you can win old sour puss...
Come on Ying Tong Yiddle I Po whoever you are, I want my ton from Ladbrokes. The tiger is tamed I hope. Miserable git as he is.
I feel so sorry for Padraig. A 4th major win here would have completely turned around his season. What was so dissapointing for me was how he lost his head after the bad tee shot. If he had kept calm and at least had gotten a bogey he would still be in contention. In all honesty, I was surprised he sunk the put. His reputation of finishing well in majors has surely been swept aside after this dreadful day at Hazeltine. His confidence will be rock bottom at the moment. How he will recover, I do not know. Despite this set back I now believe Padddy can go on and win more majors. He has given a great performance up to now at he USPGA in the middle of a bad season. His changes are finally beginning to work. As an Irishman, I felt so let down but no worries, Paddy will live to fight another day. I just hope everyone in Ireland can get behind the Dubliner in what must be hard times for him. COME ON PADRAIG , THERES ALWAYS NEXT YEAR.
Looks like Tiger has blown it. He hasn't made a putt all day.
Ian poulter best attribute is that he is a Gooner.
tiger gettin the breaks but not taking advantage. this aint typical tiger, he better start puttin soon.
a lot of players will feel they let this one slip away. paddy especially.
Have you noticed Woods never seems to have a bad lie when he leaves the fairway. He can even hit a tree and land on the fairway. Are our American cousins cheating?
