Derby have confirmed Roy Carroll has left the club by mutual consent.
The former Manchester United goalkeeper, who joined in January 2008, had two years remaining on his contract at Pride Park.
The 31-year-old is expected to sign for Danish club Odense on a free transfer.
Carroll made 39 appearances for Derby during his time with the club.
