Juan Carlos Navarro and Pau Gasol starred for Spain as they secured their EuroBasket last eight place with a 90-68 victory that condemned hosts Poland to an exit.
The world champions and Olympic silver medallists, whose form has been mixed in the last week, will now face unbeaten France in the quarter-finals.
FC Barcelona's Navarro netted a game high 23 points while NBA champion LA Laker Gasol (pictured) enjoyed another dominant all-round display with 20 points, five rebounds, three assists and three blocks.
"It will be a tough game against France but we have to go through them to get anything done here," said Gasol.
"We had a good performance against Poland. We are growing as a team and we are very much alive in the tournament now."
Lithuania coach Ramunas Butautas stepped down from his position after a 89-79 defeat against Serbia - it left his side without a win in the qualifying round while they've only beaten Bulgaria in the entire tournament.
Serbia will now face reigning champions Russia in the last eight while Butautas refused to blame the absence of key players Sarunas Jasikevicius, Rimantas Kaukenas, Ramunas Siskauskas, Arvydas Macijauskas and Simas Jasaitis.
"We controlled the game but they played patiently and killed us with late three-pointers," he said.
"We didn't play well. We won one game only and we played very bad. I must leave this team now and I wish all the best to them."
Slovenia ended Turkey's unbeaten run with a tense 69-67 win that sets-up a quarter-final with Croatia while Turkey will face Greece.
"This is a very big win for us," Slovenia's Bostjan Nachbar.
"It was an extremely tough game but to beat a team that had not lost in the tournament is a great result for us it's more important to go into the elimination round on the back of a win."
