Tranmere boss Ronnie Moore believes rookie Blackburn defender Andrew Taylor will continue to prosper during his loan spell at Prenton Park.The 21-year-old has made six appearances for Rovers and Moore is delighted to have secured his services for another month.

Moore said: "He has been excellent for us so far and we are pleased he has agreed to stay.

"He can tackle, has pace, can pass and likes to get forward, so he is a great addition to the side.

"I'd like to thank Blackburn manager Mark Hughes for allowing him to stay with us over the hectic Christmas period."
