Andrew Davies has warned his "under-achieving" Southampton team-mates they "cannot hide" as they bid to save their season.Saints have had a disappointing season and are currently lying 18th in the table - just six points off the relegation places and the former Middlesbrough man has called on his team-mates to get over their FA Cup disappointment 'right now.'

Davies told the club's official website: "We cannot hide. We are massively under achieving at the moment with talent we have got in this squad - and we need to sort it out as soon as possible - not in a couple of weeks but right now."

"There is not much to choose between many of the teams in the Championship and often games come down to who wants it more."
