Hibs midfielder Merouane Zemmama has targeted a win in the club's remaining game in hand as they bid to climb the SPL.The Moroccan sparked the Edinburgh side's remarkable comeback with a magnificent equaliser in Sunday's entertaining 3-1 victory over Aberdeen.
The 24-year-old's curling free-kick - after he had kissed the ball for good luck - cancelled out Zander Diamond's opener for the Dons before Dean Shiels and Steven Fletcher sealed all three points to send Hibs into fifth spot.
And Zemmama reckons another win in their outstanding fixture against Motherwell next month would help Mixu Paatelainen's rejuvenated outfit put pressure on Dundee United five points above in fourth.
He said: "We started the game well and then we made a mistake which cost us a goal and we didn't come back in the rest of the first half.
"After half-time we had a chance with the free-kick and I took it.
"I decided to take the responsibility for the free-kick and the boys let me do it. I kissed the ball for luck, it was to get closer to the ball.
"I was very happy to get the team back into the game and to build the confidence of the team.
"Then we got a second goal and that made it easier. We are all happy now and well done to the boys and the fans.
"We also have a game in hand so I hope we can win that and push us up the league."
Hibs have made a habit out of starting slowly in recent weeks before finishing the match stronger with an improved performance after half-time.
A dire first-half display against the Dons elicited another frank team talk from Paatelainen at the interval.
And Zemmama admits he and his team-mates will have to solve the problem if they are to keep their recent resurgence going.
He added: "In the last three of four games we haven't started well but have played better in the second half. I don't know what is happening, I don't know why we are not starting sharper.
"It might be the confidence but we need to find out what the problem is and sort it out. Hopefully we can start well and finish well in the next few games."
