Carlisle midfielder Marc Bridge-Wilkinson believes his team's ability to "grind out" results will prove vital in the club's push for promotion.While Swansea and Doncaster suffered defeats on Saturday, the Cumbrians secured a hard-fought point at Swindon, and the 29-year-old insisted such results will prove crucial come the end of the season.

He told the club's official website: "Any team in this division can beat anyone else. Any team that can get a good bit of consistency can push on and that's what we have done.

"We'll take it game by game and and we all believe that we can achieve things at this club.

"If your going to achieve anything in this division then you've got to win ugly, draw games when you perhaps should lose and then play well and win by three or four.

"We can grind out 1-0 victories and we can get draws when we perhaps don't deserve anything."
