Middlesbrough will have to reshuffle their midfield with Lee Cattermole hoping to replace Gary O'Neil in Saturday's clash with Bolton.O'Neil, who would have been suspended for the next two games anyway, will miss the remaining four games of the campaign after undergoing surgery on a knee ligament injury, but hopes to return to training during pre-season.

Robert Huth (foot) and Andrew Taylor (ribs) remain on the injured list, as does striker Mido (hernia).

Jeremie Aliadiere, Tuncay and Afonso Alves will compete for the two striker berths against the Trotters.
