Manchester City defender Micah Richards will sit out the Premier League match against Portsmouth on Sunday after being pencilled in to return.The centre-half is not quite fit to return from a knee injury after initially being pencilled in to start against Harry Redknapp's side.

Goalkeeper Joe Hart has returned to training after suffering a knock in the victory at Sunderland and is expected to play against the FA Cup finalists.

Daniel Sturridge is doubtful with a knee problem while Nedum Onuoha remains sidelined because of a dislocated shoulder.

Kick-off is at 4pm.
