Sky Blues boosted by Mifsud return

Fri 18 Apr, 03:45 PM

Coventry manager Chris Coleman has been boosted by the news Michael Mifsud will be available for the Championship clash at Colchester.Mifsud was forced to miss a couple of days training earlier in the week due to illness.

The Malta international has not scored since December but Coleman is backing the striker to find the net in the last few games of the season.

He told the Coventry Telegraph: "Michael was very ill earlier in the week but he trained on Thursday and will be okay.

"It is not important he has not scored since December, the only thing that is going to help us is if he can nick a goal between now and the end of the season."

Otherwise, Coleman has no new injury worries and is expected to name the same side which lost 2-1 to Stoke last time out.
