Le Mans 24 Hour - Barazi Epsilon out of Le Mans

Barazi Epsilon Zytek have been drafted into this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans race.

They replace the IPB Spartak Racing Team's Lamborghini Murcielago.

The French team were a surprise omission from the original entry list of 55 and have been promoted from the reserve list.

Their entry finished 29th overall last year and they will report to Le Mans on June 10 for the first free practice session.

Four cars remain on the reserve list, though there will be no more replacements allowed after May 22.

IPB Spartak were the fourth original entry to pull out of the race, following the withdrawals of Vitaphone, Epsilon Euskadi and the Aston Martin of Gigawave Motorsport.

Gigawave were replaced by the Seattle Advanced Engineering Team who will have actor Patrick Dempsey, who plays Doctor Shepherd in TV's Grey's Anatomy, driving for them.
