Preston defenders Eddie Nolan and Sean St Ledger have been called into the Republic of Ireland squad for next Friday's friendly international against Nigeria.
The pair are both in the party to take on the Africans at Fulham's Craven Cottage on Friday, May 29 following their outstanding form towards the end of the season.
After the friendly, Ireland boss Giovanni Trapattoni will name the squad to take on Bulgaria at the Vassil Levski Stadion on Saturday, June 6 in a World Cup qualifier.
