Valencia have not received an offer from Arsenal for their Spain international defender Raul Albiol, the player's agent has announced.

Reports in the English press on Wednesday suggested the London club had made contact with Los Che regarding a possible transfer of the 22-year-old centre back.

However Manuel Garcia Quilon, who represents the player, told Spanish newspaper AS he know nothing about any approach.

"Nobody has called me from Arsenal," he insisted.

"Raul is fully focussed on the European Championships and is very happy at Valencia."

Reports in Spain predict an exodus of Valencia's top players this summer with the club said to be in financial turmoil following their early exit from the Champions League this season.

They were also helped little by the reported 8million euros they paid in compensation to Ronald Koeman when the Dutch coach was axed in April.
