Tottenham have been linked with a big-money triple swoop for Real Madrid trio Arjen Robben, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Gabriel Heinze. Are they doing the right thing or should they be more careful with their spending?

  1. No I don't think Spurs should splash the cash. They­ have some excellent players and what Harry needs to do­ is bring out their full potential and mould them into a­ winning team. There are a lot of teams who would like­ and indeed want the likes of Tom Huddlestone, Gareth­ Bale, Zakora, Pavlychenko and even Jenas and Bentley.­ Tom Huddlestone in particualr is key to Spurs­ development. Modric and Lennon are fantastic players­ and the likes of Defoe, Keane and even Bent are the­ envy of many. Spurs need to shore up defensively with­ King and Woodgate being prone to injury and that's­ it. What's happening to Frazer Campbell by the way?­ This coming season is going to be a huge test of­ Harry's ability to create a winning team that can­ challenge the top four. He has the ingredients and I­ hope he can find the right recipe!

  2. We all know that Harry is a very shrewd manager in the­ transfer market. I believe he knows what he is doing.­ They definitely will improve the quality of the Spurs­ team.
