Watford manager Malky Mackay is remaining tight-lipped over his proposed move for Aberdeen skipper Scott Severin.
The 30-year-old midfielder is expected to join up with the Hornets on a free transfer to become Mackay's first signing at Vicarage Road after his contract with the Dons expires.
But Mackay, who was named new Watford boss on Monday, said: "Scott Severin is an Aberdeen player and I don't talk about other people's players because it is disrespectful."

Meh...he's been a superb player in the past and brings much needed experience to the team but I think his best days are behind him. I dont grudge him a move south for a final payday.
he's a good player, shame for us aberdonians to lose him, if we lose him...
