Ligue 1 - Cris demands reaction

Lyon defender Cris has demanded his side move on from the 2-0 defeat to Sochaux and focus on their Champions League clash at Liverpool.

Goals from Jacques Faty and Sloan Privat gave Sochaux a surprise win at Stade Gerland, Les Gones' first defeat of the season.

Lyon are still top of Ligue 1 on goal difference and can edge a step closer to the knockout phase of the Champions League with a win at Anfield.

"We didn't play well," the Brazilian said after the loss. "It's hard to accept this defeat at home, but we cannot win every match and play spectacular football every week.

"We have to pick ourselves up because there's still a long way to go in the championship.

"We haven't got time to dwell on this because we have another big match on Tuesday."
