Jimmy White turned back the clock in Prague to beat Graeme Dott 5-3 and win the latest World Series of Snooker event.
White came into the match full of confidence after beating world champion John Higgins in the semi-final and then raced into an early 3-0 lead with a break of 80 in the second frame being the early highlight.
Dott took the next frame but then a break of 91 put White on the brink of victory.
Dott edged a tight sixth frame and then produced his best break of the match (86) to reduce the deficit to just a single fame.
However, White then clinched the match with a break of 65.
It is another significant triumph for the Whirlwind who ended a five year drought for a professional title when he won the Sangsom 6-Red Grand Prix in Thailand back in July.

I agree with you my friend.I think higgins let him win cos he organizes the world of series but white is a great player I hope he will do something in the next tournement...
Watched White vs Higgins......... Dunno about you but to me it looked like Higgins let White win, as I've never seen him miss so many easy pots.
But White played well all weekend anyway.
The whirlwind is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
