Southend boss Steve Tilson has urged his squad to chip in with more goals to take the load off top scorer Lee Barnard following his team's 2-1 win over Bristol Rovers.
Barnard took his tally for the season to 12 goals after scoring twice against play-off chasing Rovers, and Tilson now wants other players to start contributing.
He said: "Barney is in a rich vein of form for us and the key to it this season is that he hasn`t been injured.
"But any team needs two goalscorers and while it's great that Barney is scoring, we need other people chipping in."
He continued: "It was a good result for us, though, because it was a tough game, but we got our just rewards.
"We don`t have a big squad, so every point we gain is a big point for us. We have to carry on working hard like we did in this game."
