Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll was once again left bemoaning a lack of attacking potency after his side crashed to a 1-0 defeat against Barnsley.
Rovers looked the stronger side for the majority of the South Yorkshire derby, but they failed to convert their chances and paid a hefty price when Adam Hammill snatched a classy winner for the Tykes in the 74th minute.
The result was Barnsley's third straight win, but O'Driscoll, whose side have now failed to win in seven games, was in little doubt that Doncaster should have taken the points.
"Getting beaten when you have outplayed the opposition is something of a common theme for us," he said.
"We've been here before. But I would take that performance every day. If we perform like that every week I will have no complaints, but I'm disappointed with the result. If you don't take your chances you give the opposition a chance."
