Colin Calderwood has said his Nottingham Forest team are giving the fans what they want despite their next-to-bottom position in the Championship table.

Forest are unbeaten in their last four league matches and recently moved above Doncaster Rovers after a poor start to the season.

Calderwood said that his men are tough to beat and bringing joy to the supporters after three seasons spent in the third tier.

"People who have watched us are quite complimentary and they know they are in for a tough game," he told BBC radio. "I wouldn't want to change what we've got right now.

"Are we going into games in good heart? Do we look as though we can win games? Do we look as though we can score? The answer is yes to all those questions.

"I think we are bringing a bit of enjoyment to the supporters. I love the effort my team give."

Forest are four points from safety and level on points with Doncaster. Both have 12 points after 17 matches.

  2. hahahahahahaha, who's writing this, what a @#$%. Thats certainly not the impression I get here in Nottingham. More ashamed to be down near the BOTTOM of the league. I nearly accidentally ran Calderwood over near the ground. Things may have been better if I had ran him over. Just sack him. The team has no movement.
