Notts County manager Ian McParland has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association after taking protestations too far.The charge is in relation to the Magpies' 2-1 home win against Shrewsbury on December 8.
McFarland was sent to the stands by referee Nigel Miller for protesting against a penalty awarded to Shrewsbury just before half time.
McParland has until December 31 to respond.
