Substitute Craig Disley grabbed a late equaliser to reward Bristol Rovers' second-half fightback with a 1-1 home draw against Walsall. The midfielder netted with a close-range shot after Rickie Lambert had headed down Joe Jacobson's left-wing cross four minutes from time.
Walsall deservedly led on 37 minutes when striker Edrissa Sonko produced a bullet header to convert Lee Holmes' cross from six yards.
The visitors had slightly the better of a first half dominated by driving rain and a swirling wind, but Rovers moved into top gear after the break and created several chances.
Anthony Gerrard cleared off the line from Andy Williams before substitute Sean Rigg shot wide when he might have equalised, but Disley made no mistake to put Rovers in good heart for Tuesday night's FA Cup third-round replay again Fulham.
That match, however, must already be in doubt. The Memorial Stadium pitch was close to being waterlogged at times and Bristol Rugby Club play a Heineken cup fixture against Cardiff on it on Sunday.
