Watford boss Aidy Boothroyd is hoping that a four-day trip to Dubai will help his players focus on their final push for promotion.The Hornets jet off to the Middle East after their home game against Preston on Saturday and are currently on a four-game unbeaten run which has left them in second place in the Championship.

Boothroyd said: "It's an ideal chance to get the squad together and really focus on ourselves and what we have to do over the next few months."

"The players will be training just as they would over here, but they'll be doing it in much better conditions."
