Bloomfield calls for consistency

Tue 19 Feb, 03:45 PM

Wycombe midfielder Matt Bloomfield has urged his team-mates to become consistent performers as Paul Lambert's side go in search of promotion. The Blues are currently sixth in the table but recent defeats at the hands of Mansfield and Dagenham have hampered progress under Lambert.

With 13 games left, Bloomfield wants the side to finish the season in style.

"Consistency is the key - we need to pick up as many points as possible," said the 24-year-old.

"If we carry on winning away and then hopefully pick up the home form again then it is a recipe for success."
