FA Cup giant-killers Barnsley have been rewarded with a home tie against Chelsea in the sixth round.
The Tykes recorded a sensational victory against Liverpool on Saturday thanks to Brian Howard's winner (pictured), and now face off against another of the Premier League's 'Big Four'.
Holders Chelsea have had a relatively straightforward path to the last eight, and ran out 3-1 winners against Huddersfield of League One on Saturday.
Manchester United face a fourth top-flight team in a row, but will be heavily favoured to beat Portsmouth at Old Trafford.
United thrashed Arsenal 4-0 in the fifth round while Pompey struggled to a 1-0 win away to Preston North End on Sunday.
"It's a home draw, so it doesn't matter who you get. But it's typical that we have another Premier League team," Alex Ferguson said.
"The good thing about the FA Cup, though, is that the opposition bring an increased number of supporters, which makes for a great atmosphere.
"We've had two great home ties against Spurs and Arsenal in the previous rounds, and hopefully we'll have another one against Portsmouth."
There will be at least one non-Premier League side in the semi-finals, with League One Bristol Rovers at home against Championship high-fliers West Bromwich Albion.
Rovers secured a 1-0 win at home to Southampton on Saturday lunchtime, while West Brom hammered Midlands rivals Coventry City 5-0 away from home.
The winners of Middlesbrough's replay against Sheffield United are at home to Cardiff City.
Boro and the Blades played out a turgid goalless draw while Cardiff eased to a 2-0 win at home to fellow Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
FA Cup sixth round draw
