Cloud hangs on to title
Tavoris Cloud won a controversial points decision over Gabriel Campillo in Texas to retain his IBF light heavyweight title.
Campillo had recovered from being knocked down twice in the first round to dominate much of the contest, and landed 187 punches to Cloud's 147.
But despite those statistics he was some way down on two judges' scorecards, who had the fight 116-110 and 114-112 in favour of the American.
The third judge scored the contest 115-111 to Campillo, and the crowd, who booed the verdict, seemed to agree that the Spaniard deserved the title.
"He couldn't take a punch," said Cloud, who preserved his unbeaten record with his a 24th career victory. "He's a decent fighter, but I feel I won the fight. He didn't do enough to take my title."
