Baggies boss in bullish mood

Wed 19 Mar, 04:15 PM

West Brom boss Tony Mowbray insists his team have "no divine right" to win the Championship - but has set on sights on taking top spot. The fourth-placed Baggies have slipped up in their last two games, drawing with Crystal Palace before suffering a shock 4-1 defeat against struggling Leicester, however they can return to the top if they win their games in hand.

First up on Friday is Charlton, another team whose form has dipped of late, and Mowbray has called on his side to play without fear between now and the end of the campaign.

"I am just happy to be where we are," he told the club's official website.

"We're in a race with other clubs to get out of this league and if we win our games in hand we will go top."
