Bradford have recalled prop forward Craig Kopczak from his loan spell at Halifax in response to their injury crisis.
The Bulls could be without six regulars for Thursday night's derby with champions Leeds at Headingley, the first of 12 Super League matches in five days over the Easter period, after Great Britain centre Paul Sykes and New Zealand winger Tame Tupou joined the casualty list.
Sykes looks certain to miss out due to the elbow injury sustained against Warrington at the weekend, although there is no break and he may be back for the visit of his former club Harlequins on Monday.
Tupou, meanwhile, is facing several weeks on the sidelines after straining knee medial ligaments during the same match.
With Joe Vagana, Glenn Morrison and Jamie Langley on the long-term injury list and full-back Michael Platt rated only 50-50 to return from a hamstring problem, it leaves Bradford struggling for numbers.
Iestyn Harris, who has missed out on selection for the last two weeks, could return and coach Steve McNamara has been forced to recall the 21-year-old Kopczak just days after his initial month's loan at the Shay was extended.
The National League club were hoping to have his services for the season.
Kopczak will not be able to play for Bradford in their Challenge Cup fourth round tie against Toulouse next month, having turned out for Halifax in their third round win at York.
