South Korea dominated at the ISU Short Track World Championships by picking up a clean sweep on day one in Sofia.
Yoon-Gy Kwak, second last year in Vienna, took gold in the men's 1500 metres.
Kwak, who won silver in the 5000m relay at the Winter Olympics, won in 2:24.32 minutes, ahead of two of his relay team-mates in Vancouver to seal a podium sweep for Korea.
Si-Bak Sung added another silver medal to his collection following his relay and 500m second-place finishes at the Olympics, fractionally behind Kwak.
Ho-Suk Lee took bronze in a time of 2:24.46 minutes.
Korea's women also pulled off a podium sweep as 17-year-old Seung-Hi Park took 1500m gold in 2:21.57 minutes.
Eun-Byul Lee and Ha-Ri Cho won silver and bronze respectively.
The championships continue on Saturday in Bulgaria with the men's and women's 500m.
