Dunfermline have completed three signings including a swoop for former Hearts defender Austin McCann on a free transfer from Notts County.McCann, 28, began his career at Airdrie and played for Clyde and Boston between leaving Hearts in 2004 and moving to Meadow Lane in 2006.

He has signed a two-year deal with the Irn-Bru First Division club, having agreed a pre-contract with the Pars earlier in the year.

Pars boss Jim McIntyre has also recruited former Dundee United midfielder Graeme Holmes, 24, who joins from Airdrie for the next two years.

Stirling Albion utility man Steven Bell, 23, also joins on a two-year contract, which was agreed in January.
