Championship - Blades refreshed after La Manga trip

Sheffield United manager Kevin Blackwell admitted the training camp in La Manga was just what they needed ahead of their Championship play-off final.

The Blades will meet Burnley at Wembley on Monday with a place in the Premier League at stake but Blackwell has stressed the importance of keeping calm.

He said: "It has been good to get the lads away from all the hype that has been building up and it has enabled them to concentrate on training.

"We aren't talking about the game as we know what is at stake. We are just concentrating on keeping training right and doing the things that have got us to where we are now."
