Lloyd Owusu has told Yeovil he wants to stay at Huish Park for a further 12 months despite earlier statements linking him with a Millwall move.The 31-year-old admitted last weekend that he would consider a move to League One rivals the Lions if he was approached by the London club.

But he has now indicated he wants to take up the option of a year-long extension to his contract with the Glovers, which he triggered by playing the required 25 games last season.

Owusu was Yeovil's top scorer last season with 11 goals.
