HOW IT WORKS

- You choose three drivers for each race - one from Group A and two from Group B - plus a team.

- The top eight finishers in the race receive 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 fantasy points respectively, plus there is a bonus point for any driver leading at any stage during the race and another for completing the entire race.

- The top three drivers in qualifying will earn 3, 2 and 1 points respectively, meaning each driver can receive a maximum of 15 fantasy points during each race and each team can earn a maximum of 27 fantasy points per race.

- Each driver and constructor can be an active member of your team in no more than four races.

The deadline to create a team for each race is 8am local time on the day of qualifying.

SILVERSTONE SUGGESTIONS

In the bizarre world that is Formula One this season, it is very much a case of picking the best from a bad bunch in Group A.

This week the boys in red Ferrari should have a good time of things at Silverstone, especially Kimi Raikkonen. The Finn has been on the podium five out of the last six years, and winning in 2007.

In a recent TV ad, Lewis Hamilton can be seen driving a Scalextric car and the Brit must feel that his McLaren-Mercedes more resembles the 1:32 scale model. Hamilton continues to struggle due to his lack of power and will need a miracle to make it back-to-back victories at Silverstone.

Hamilton's team mate Heikki Kovalainen is having an even tougher time of things and remains without a point from his last four races.

In Group B, we are of course going to pick Jenson Button - again.

While the drivers in Group A appear to be driving milk floats, Button's Brawn remains in perfect shape.

Last time out at the Turkish Grand Prix, Button could be seen with one hand on the steering wheel and the other waving at girls in the stand. Ok, that didn't actually happen, but it was that easy for him.

Silverstone has a tradition of winning home drivers and Button will be hoping to join the likes of David Coulthard, Johnny Herbert, Damon Hill, Nigel Mansell, John Watson, James Hunt and last year's winner Hamilton as British winners at the track.

Button's team-mate Rubens Barrichello knows what it's like to win at Silverstone, having done just that in 2003. He should go well this weekend and will be mightily disappointed with his gearbox problems last time out in Turkey.

Behind Brawn in the standings are Red Bull, who bounced back well from a disappointing Monaco to pick up second and third in Turkey. Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel will be looking to build on that performance and will once more be competitive this weekend.

The only problem for you F1 Fantasy managers is that you can only start each driver four times this season. This means that you must be close to using up your picks of Button, Barrichello, Webber and Vettel.

If this is the case, it's time to start looking at other drivers.

You can forget Force India, despite their little recovery at Monaco. They returned to their losing ways in Turkey, making it 25 races without points for Giancarlo Fisichella and Adrian Sutil .

Toyota proved that their poor form in Monaco was just a blip and went well in Turkey. Timo Glock and Jarno Trulli are good value this weekend and their average points scores of 3.42 and 4.42 are decent.

As for teams, Brawn and Red Bull still represent the best value, though Ferrari could be a good pick, along with Toyota.
