Norwich defender Adam Drury is looking to get himself fully fit again so he can participate in pre-season training next month.
The defender suffered a knee injury at a home game to Bristol City in November 2007. He had an operation at the end of last season's Championship campaign to finally end his on-going problems.
He told the club`s official website: "A couple of months ago I had a clear-out operation and they found a couple of bits that they managed to tidy up and sort out.
"It is feeling really good now. Hopefully, fingers crossed, that's the end of the problems because the last two years have been an absolute nightmare to be honest.
"I'm on course to join back in on the first day and do what everybody else is doing."
