Defender Dean Winnard has signed for Accrington after being released by Blackburn Rovers.
The 19-year-old, who can play at full-back or centre-back, had been at Ewood Park for ten years and was a regular in the reserve side.
Goalkeeper Ian Dunbavin has agreed a new deal with Stanley, but Jay Bell has chosen not to accept the offer of a new contract.
