Swindon Town's Billy Paynter and Yinka Casal could be fit in time for the League One visit of Colchester United at the weekend. The pair suffered injuries in the 2-0 defeat at Cheltenham but Robins boss Maurice Malpas expects them to resume training later this week.
"Billy Paynter will hopefully train on Thursday. On Saturday he got a kick behind the knee which was swollen afterwards," Malpas said.
"Once it was assessed we realised it wasn't as serious as we first thought, which relaxed everyone. He should return to training towards the end of the week and Billy is fine about it.
"Yinka Casal has three stitches after his clash of heads. He has been kept out of training as a precaution as he had concussion over the weekend and felt a bit sick. He will be back in training on Thursday as well."
