Rotherham manager Mark Robins has praised summer signing Mark Lynch for his two goals in Saturday's 3-1 League Two victory at Morecambe.Lynch opened the scoring for the visitors after seven minutes at Christie Park and completed his double with two minutes of the game remaining to seal the points for the Millers.

Robins told the Sheffield Star: "I knew he could shoot with his right foot but didn't know about the left.

"They were both outstanding strikes and no-one could have executed them any better. They were real quality."

Ryan Taylor scored the second for the visiting side and Robins was equally delighted for the 20-year-old.

He added: "I was pleased too for Ryan Taylor because he showed a lot of confidence in the way he finished his goal."
