Four back for Wolves

Sat, 19 Sep 13:35:37 2009

Wolves are set to be boosted by the return of winger Michael Kightly, striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, right-back Kevin Foley and central defender Jody Craddock for the clash against Fulham at Molineux.

England Under-21 international Kightly has been sidelined since March by hip and foot problems but he made a successful reserve team comeback in midweek and is in contention to play a role.

Ebanks-Blake (hamstring) and Foley (knee) were injured in the opening game of the season against West Ham and Craddock (hamstring) was hurt in training during the recent international break.

Ecuador international midfielder Segundo Castillo, who is on loan from Red Star Belgrade, is pushing to make his debut.

Boss Mick McCarthy could also hand a first start to striker Stefan Maierhofer after the Austria international scored on his debut as a substitute at Blackburn last weekend following his £1.8million move from Rapid Vienna.

  1. Guys do you go??? Have you actually watched them?? Or do you just make this @#$% up??
I have been there week in week out for donkeys (before the bull). Trust me guys they aint reapeat aint good enough.
Ebanks is huge he has put on 2 stone in pre season, so a big diet there, he cant turn for toffee.
Who will be dropped for him??? Doyle? Our best player so far this year.
Keogh the only one who actually turns and runs at defenders, or our new 6ft7 striker who wins everything????
Blake get ready for a loan out at xmas to a mid table championship team. At least i hope so.
Also why will stearman be a miss????
Mancienne class! Just needs the older head there to calm him a bit, looks all legs and arms but trust me he is class.
We have a dilema on the right - drop halford and we loose the throw for maierhoffer to win, but foley is prob better player.
This is the time to start winning, i said we needed 10 points from our easy games till oct, and so far 4 isnt good enough, in 2 weeks time i dont see us winning again till feb. Man u, chel , liver, arse all of em coming up!
