Quinnell starts at number eight as one of eight changes made by director of rugby Mike Ruddock to the side that lost to Leeds Carnegie last weekend.
Ruddock has named a completely new front row with Tongan powerhouse Aleki Lutui at hooker after impressing off the bench last week.
Darren Morris starts at loosehead against his former club while Tevita Taumoepeau comes in at tight-head in the absence of the injured Chris Horsman, out for four months after arm surgery.
Samoa's Crichton (pictured) gets his first start at fly-half after impressing off the bench against Leeds and forms a new half-back partnership with Ryan Powell.
The final change sees Will Bowley replace Phil Murphy in the second row.
"We definitely start with Loki, having seen the way he performed against Leeds," explained Ruddock.
"We put him on the bench as he had only just arrived in the country and learned our calls, but when he came on he was composed and show3d authority and leadership. I've been very impressed with him all week."
