Adam Le Fondre insists anything less than promotion will mean this season will have been a failure for Rotherham.
The Millers currently sit in fourth place in League Two after earning a point against managerless Notts County and Le Fondre believes they have what it takes to achieve their goals.
"We`ve definitely got to get promotion," he told Press Association Sport. "We've got one of the strongest squads in the division if we get on form and play to our capabilities."
And Le Fondre, joint top scorer in League Two, says he is settling in well.
"It has gone really well since I joined Rotherham," he said. "I'm feeling good and confident enough to keep scoring - the team is always creating chances."
